We first met Wade & Alice through a mailing they sent...in which they stated that they could sell our home in 30 days.  Prior to this, our house had been on the market for one year with little results.  I had already formed an opinion before they ever arrived, and felt I'd listen to them and ask them to hit the road.  That never happened.  I decided to listen to Wade's pitch.  Not only did Wade and Alice sell our home within the limit they set, but sold the home of a substantially higher amount.  They then helped us find our next home, which they found at below appraised value.  Wade and Alice has since sold another house for us and again have amazed us with their ability and knowledge of the local real estate market.  Wade and Alice are outstanding Realtors.  J.
